Lab Tests: Thyroid panel (free T3, T4 and TSH), Lipid profile (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, cardiac risk factor), Complete Metabolic Panel of 28 tests (blood sugar levels, calcium, protein, kidney and liver functions, cardiac risk factor) and Complete Blood Count Panel of 14 tests (including red cells, white cells, hemoglobin and hematocrit, anemia indices and platelet count), HA1C (pre-diabetic and diabetic test), and Ferritin (iron). Additional tests are offered at GREAT SAVINGS or through insurance.

In-Body Total Fat, Muscular, Skeletal, and Water Analysis: Measures body fat percentage, intracellular water, extracellular water, total body water, dry lean mass, body fat mass, lean body mass, weight, skeletal muscle mass, body mass index (BMI), segmental lean development (right arm, left arm, trunk, right leg, and left leg), and basal metabolic rate (BMR). This testing machine will also be used periodically during your program to ensure you are losing unhealthy body fat and NOT MUSCLE.

Baseline Body Measurements: We measure your waist size, and blood pressure. The medical staff will also conduct a physical exam to include: (1) a thyroid exam ruling out a thyroid goiter, nodules, cysts or enlargement; (2) a heart exam for murmurs, irregular rhythms, enlargement or transposition; (3) exam for liver enlargement or other abdominal masses; and
(4) exam for edema (excessive fluid retention) in the feet.

Medical Consultation: One of our healthcare professionals will conduct a personal consultation with you to review your labs, your health history, vital statistics, and personal goals. The medical staff will develop an individualized program for you based on this information. Our MD’s and Nurse Practitioners have more than 40 years of experience in medicine, weight loss, balancing and optimizing hormones and general and natural health.

The NBH Lifetime Health Weight Loss & Bioidentical Hormone Booklet: This glossy, multipage booklet offers important information regarding weight loss, the benefits of bioidentical hormones, the treatment and prevention of type 2 diabetes, PCOS and insulin resistance. It also contains information on why we offer pharmaceutical grade, therapeutic natural supplements.

Healthy Eating Guide: Detailed guide for low calorie diet with recipes and recommended products and exercise protocol. Includes weight loss and maintenance tips.

Health Journal: Bound, durable daily journal required for tracking food intake and establishing a healthy lifestyle.

Lipo-Plex Plus. B12 Plus, B6, B5, Inositol/Choline Injection. Each client receives a monthly injection of Lipo-Plex to assist with energy and fat loss while they are on the Weight Loss Program. Additional injections may be purchased at any time at the clinic price.

Monthly Weigh-Ins and Prescription Renewals. Check your progress and meet with one of our weight loss consultants to discuss your program and success or difficulties. Medical staff also available throughout your program. Monthly Lipo-Plex injections are included. Price is $110.00 for each month you elect to continue on this program. Additional lipo-plex injections are available at clinic price. You may weigh in more frequently without charge. Call ahead.

Recommended Supplements: Each of the following may be recommended. Any recommended supplements are charged separately:

PhytoMulti. This unique multi-vitamin, multi-mineral with phytonutrients is specifically formulated to target cellular health. Life’s Interference: We do realize that circumstances occur in each patient’s life that may interfere with their weight loss during some months. If it becomes necessary for you to stop the program for personal reasons, do not be discouraged. Just try to maintain your weight and simply come back and rejoin the program as soon as you are able.
